Eating "Right"



Mmmmm you can't always trust me to do that LOL. I tend to consume too much carbohydrates from cakes and pastries. I always remind my brain to indulge in veggies more. So eating out the other day I munched "okra" and "tomatoes" instead of licking ice cream and biting flour :D

I have also ditched soda as of yesterday! That's a great start I believe! Today is another challenge- I am on it! Care to join me?
