I was on my way home early in the morning when I spotted this dragonfly struggling to hold on to a leaf as the sun was about to make its grand entrance into the world.

I stopped and was amazed at the perseverance of the critter and was
quite envious for it had a lazy moment to spend at the start of day to
watch a new day unfold so I stopped and tried my best to capture its
image and after several futile attempts to get a clear shot with my
phone I gave up...
