A summer holiday is often the highlight of
everyone’s year. We look forward to that time of year where we can really kick
back and relax, whether it is doing something we love like skiing in the Alps
or snorkelling in the Caribbean, or something a little more chilled like soaking
up the sun, sea and sights of the beautiful Greek Isles. We want to make sure
that we enjoy every minute of our well-deserved break and make the most of what
our chosen destination has to offer.
You will find some great summer discounts
and late holiday deals at Thomas
Cook, from family all-inclusive resorts to romantic getaways for couples,
you are sure to find the perfect holiday for you. The Canary Islands are a
great choice for families wanting the best of both worlds; sun drenched
glistening beaches and towns offering an array of bars, shops and restaurants.
Gran Canaria has holidaymakers coming back year after year to its famous sand
dunes in Maspalomas and buzzing night life of Playa de Ingles.
When choosing late holiday deals, do your
research well. Find out where the best beaches are, what there is to do in the
local area and further afield. Work out your budget for the duration and break
it down in to how much you can spend each day, this will help you stay within
your means. Maybe, decide to splash out a bit on a day trip on one of the days,
then have a day around the pool the next.
If you’re taking the family away and want
to find a child friendly resort, there are plenty on offer in many popular
destinations. These type of resorts have been designed with families in mind
and can offer all sorts of fun clubs and activities to please the little ones
and great things for mums and dads too, such as water sports, yoga, aerobics,
relaxing spas, chill out pools and more. Check out what your hotel has to
offer, what’s included in your package deal, and what extra activities are
available at what cost. It could all play its part towards your perfect summer getaway.
Skiing in the Alps or snorkeling at the Caribean are two very attractive summer getaways. My son would have a hard time choosing between the two if you ask him where to go, because he loves the beach and he loves snow! :)
ReplyDeleteThomas Cook is one of the leading and prestigious travel providers in the world. They have great products but sometimes a little pricey for budget travelers like myself. Thanks for sharing these info sis. It's summer here but I'm not sure yet if we can spare extra for another trip somewhere cooler.
