Petals are one of my favorite things. They are always colored so vividly that even if they have fallen off and are no longer one with their leaves and stem they remain so lovely. I found these ones on my way home on the wet ground after a rainy day floating almost like singing in silence of a love that lives on through the storm...

Ganda! Indeed they are lovely. I long to capture this kind of image, unfortunately, I am away from home.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, my kids are camera shy too. I need to plead and to bargain something even just for one shot.
Great shot.

That is beautiful Zen! How awesome to see them floating like that..
ReplyDeleteThey are very bright colors in the water. Such unexpected beauty.
ReplyDeleteI love taking photos of leaves in the pond...this is beautiful...I read down the posts. You have a beautiful family and how interesting to work in labor and delivery although I imagine that it is both heartwarming and heart wrenching all at the same time. It is great to meet another nature lover and thank you for stopping by my blog...Michelle...
ReplyDeleteThe silhouetted colors gave more emphatic mystery of the petals. Very nice reflection, too!
