As I've mentioned in an earlier post, I spent a week at St Giles for a training where my team mates and I had a blast getting ready for each day dining at the Bayleaf Restaurant. They offer buffet breakfast from 6:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.
Mouth watering selection of local and international cuisine always greeted us that I usually ended up feeling so full even after only several gulps of juice. Join us virtually!
We always woke up early so we always had the best seat.
Come let's fall in line for the foodie treat! Please pardon the quality of the shots as I was too shy capturing with my smartphone.

And yep as you can see above we were happiest on our last day of training! It was almost a week-long of arduous mental exercise which I'd gladly join again with these two awesome women- ma'am Mely and Djoana- dedicated nutritionist and nurse respectively. Miss you both!
Going back to St Giles- I'd say it's a great place to be in Makati. More about it in my next post!
Reminding myself to thank the Lord for the food we eat each day and to work hard to stay angelic and selfless.
