So I'm still on track with my healthy eating habit yay! I actually gained a bit of weight the past month since many concerned friends and family have been telling me "too thin" doesn't look good on me. I trusted their good suggestion and ate a larger serving of each meal. Now I'm back to square one and mastering this healthy living thingy haha! I recently attended a convention, medical one where a speaker reminded us to eat at least five kinds/ servings of veggies and fruits each day. That and proper exercise is what I am imposing to myself. So far, so good. Join me?
