Today the hubby and I dropped by one of his favorite restaurants in the northern side of the province. He quipped he kinda misses the "clubhouse sandwich" of El Navi Restaurant in the heart of the town of Balaoan, La Union.
It's located on the second floor of the building beside the Balaoan Parish Church. I was surprised and delighted by the resto's ambience. The last time I visited the dining area was on the first floor. The decorations makes any woman's eyes smile.
Now that piece of furniture and that artsy flowery piece not to mention that bicycle sparks glee! I must admit I had my photograph taken sitting on the red chair (couldn't help it)! I'll share the photo should the demand be high for it LOL.
On the wall are these miniature eye candies....
I suppose the owner loves bikes! 😀
Apparently they offer affordable refreshing snack combinations perfect for rejuvenating after touring around the northern tourist spots of La Union.
Of course they also offer energy packed meals.
Now let's check out their menu for more...
I was supposed to sample their desserts because I do have a sweet tooth truly yet I just ate "leche flan" and "ube" from a famous food chain so my appetite was nil.
So I just photographed ze hubby's order and fed my eyes.
I love it that drinks nowadays come in those lovely jars in almost any restaurant. There's something about colorful straws too that tickles anyone including me obviously.
So 'er goes ze sandwich which satisfied his craving! What's unique about El Navi's clubhouse sandwich is its creaminess, he swears.
"Pancit Bihon" laden with tasteful ingredients.
Since I don't have his permission to post this photo of ours at El Navi, I filtered it and made it microscopic LOL. You can still spot his smirk and say he was happy with his food eh?
Oh I almost failed to mention they got friendly and accomodating staff.
We Thanked God for another wonderful day in La Union. I promise to blog about everything beautiful in my province at least once a week from now on. Afterall, home is where the heart is.....
