So 2015 has me running after Personal Goals which include in random order:
1. Sticking to my healthy meal plans.
~No soda, no junk foods,no-no to fatty, bad cholesterol stuff; lot's of veggies and fruity goodness, the right amount of fluids and just enough sweets
~Meet Rosebeth our reliable aged Honda Civic hand-me-down from the hubby. I know it's s bit late for me to be DRIVING but the best time to change is now right? I have to be an expert soon so I could trade with the hubby's SUV LOL! You need to wish me lots of luck not to mention prayer on this goal. Vroommm!!!
3. Take longer walks and hopefully join more runs to stay fit.
~I will be hitting forty this year! Gosh I am old! Yet those who keep themselves moving never look old right? So I am gonna chase my youth no matter what! Care to join me?
I am determined to accomplish at least these three for now. How about you? What are your goals?

ReplyDeletepssssst, push push push na lahat yan! i have to work on the healthy eating part but started feeding M with salad yesterday. although veggies and fruits are daily eaten by the kids and us, we do eat lots of junk. yikes!
