There are many clothes I have not been using because they no longer fit me. So as planned I set aside those shirts and pants to give away. It is Christmas after all and what better way to celebrate than giving?
I was able to gather a huge pile and put them in the purple bag above ready for the recipients. I recall my sons praying for the typhoon victims before having our simple Christmas meal and I am overwhelmed knowing of their concern for their fellowmen.

I then proceeded to arrange my bling-blings and books. See the slippers above? The pink ones are mine while the blue one belongs to the hubby. Guess who bought them?
...not me!! but the hubby hahaha... He loves cute cuddly things! ♡
..and we are some sort of a "happily married" young at heart couple, or so I think :)

ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Sis! I should also do the same, I've been really lazy to clean up our closet. I'm thinking of donating some of our pre-loved clothes and toys, at least someone would still benefit from them.

ReplyDeletefollowing you Zen, hehe. hubby and I told each other we'll take a break from nature's wandering since we are exhausted physically after 5 days of wandering, so he went to work today. i was thinking of shopping, but I really have nothing to buy I will end up buying more that won't be used again in years, so I decided to follow you and further reduce my clothing, shoes and other stuff. I did it last year too, but somehow, maybe I did not reduce enough.
ReplyDeletehehehe..sometimes we realized to do something because we skip to eat food. and that's a good way to not over eat.. don't worry you aren't alone myself have so many things to give away too things that it might not fit on me anymore too.
