| to watch a butterfly flap its wings and rest beside me |
Today I am spending one of those days in my life when I wish time would simply standstill...so that I could watch the world go by....

| to sit beside a friend and talk about silly childhood and dreams of long ago....to laugh about how good it was to play from dawn 'til twilight..... |

| to gaze at the clouds through flowers and greens |
 |
| and keep wondering how beautiful the world that God created is... |
 |
| to look up and see bright days through branches of trees |
 |
| and walk along the shore marveling at how vast God's greatness is compared to my woes |
 |
| and drink to the grandeur of the setting sun beside family and friends... Today I thank thee Lord, I thank thee for these healthy eyes, these moving fingers and breathing lungs this beating heart and hearing ears, I thank thee for this LIFE, I thank thee for everything and ask thy help that I may share your goodness and spread your healing words.... |
