Last Sunday I had a blast "eating," and catching up with relatives. There were too many dishes on the table but I made sure to gobble up the most colorful ones to load my body with much needed vitamins and minerals.
I must admit I have lately strayed from my healthy eating habit. Tomatoes have become a bore for me to eat. I used to slice 'em up with each meal. I'll find a way to start loving 'em again LOL. Carrots are always joyous to chew! Greens are my forever love, that I have no problem with. I guess I just have to completely say goodbye to junk foods and soda. Can anybody help me out with that please?
