Wednes-date

In keeping with our healthy eating plan the hubby and I had a "rice and meat-less" dinner at our fave resto.

Instead of our usual iced tea we had fruit in season shake minus the extra sweetener.




We of course ordered our all time love "brocolli with garlic" for our dose of anti-oxidant and fiber.

No cold cuts for him anymore hurray but fish fillet!

Plus to simply satisfy his craving for something crunchy and chewy his calamares had to be served.
I just had the brocolli and shake and went home with peace of mind that we ate healthily!

It's gonna be a feat sticking to healthy eating so wish us luck and hope you do the same.
