It was the middle of February. She was wearing a pink satin gown, lipstick glowed on her lips and her hair flowed, curly on the tips and fluffy in the middle like clouds in a summer sky. She was walking along the corridor of their school. Music filled the air and everything felt surreal. The tic tac tic tac sound her heels made as she put one foot in front of the other made her smile. Today she was a princess and she was going to meet her prince at last!

A Sky's Embrace
✿✿✿
She flipped her head
And dangled a twig with her hand
From which then bloomed a flower
Connected to her hair

"Smile"
I again had a privilege to join one of those non-governmental organizations' medical-surgical missions and had a blast sharing happiness. One thing that I am so thankful for these days is good health and what better way to thank the Lord for all the blessings in life than taking time to stop thinking of one's own comfort and going the extra mile to listen to the least of our brethren's woes and extending a helping hand? I salute the organizers of the event and pray that their tribe multiply.
Loving a Melodica
I have always loved music! Like many I can not imagine life without notes, guitars, pianos and a melodica making this life cheerful. Don't ask me whether I could whistle a tune, I cannot! I am lucky to have married someone who could hit notes correctly though and having two kids interested in music and actually talented hmmmm or so I think. My younger son wants me to purchase a melodica, a musical instrument played by blowing air through a mouthpiece with a musical keyboard on top. My son's latest favorite song is a novelty song with funny lyrics I honestly love. Making melodies in my heart in a little while as I join my kiddo to dreamland with the thought of melodica.

Keeping Warm with Friendship and Jackets
Sometime in October last year I got one of those much needed conference invites at the Summer Capital of our country. The thought of an overnight stay at a great hotel, sumptuous food and the chance to listen to experts in our field was hard to resists. My schedule somehow prevented me from attending yet when I learned a former classmate in Med school whom I haven't seen since graduation was joining I said yes without hesitation and pulled heaven and earth to make it to the trip.

Kissing The Sea
It ached for her to look forward. No it was agonizing to even raise her head. They were there. Yasmin was unsure at first because everything looked hazy yet something about the way the man flipped his fingers made her sure it was him. They were there, and she could feel her chest being stabbed and torn into pieces. She wanted to walk away, to run as fast as her limbs would endure yet she just stood there immobilized, hurting and wanting to just die. She couldn't help but glance though at him smiling from the corner of her eye.

Back in Time
I love visiting places where one seems to travel back in time and where the world standstill and makes one contemplative. Horse-driven carriages along cobblestone pavements, horses with no horse blanket and a friendly coachman touring one around a heritage village makes you wonder what if cars were never invented and computers never existed? One thing I am sure of is that I never would have met YOU my awesome friends online who make this life amazing beyond description. Join me on a virtual tour reminiscing and giving our maned friends the center stage.
Tinker's Garden Restaurant
Traveling to the Northern part of the country by land? You might want to check out one of the newest restaurants in my hometown. Believing in fairies and Neverland somewhere in the crevices of this sometimes childlike brain of mine I got so curious about the place and grabbed the chance to be treated by the hubby at Tinker's Garden Restaurant to a sumptuous lunch.
with nature and friends from the colorful world of fairies....
Life Under the Spell of Flowers
I love flowers of all colors! Pink, yellow, blue, orange whew I could get dreamy just looking at them. For some though flowers and pollen and dust on leaves could get them running to the emergency room because of an asthma attack. A truly purified air by austin air healthmate jr which gets rid of all unwanted particles making one breathe with no fear is an awesome modern day home gadget. Imagine air being purified in four steps:
- large particle pre-filter removing hair, dusts and pet dander
- molds, spores and pollen being removed my medium particle pre-filter and
- Zeolite blend filter and active carbon removing gasses, from the air as well as chemicals and odors and
- true medical grade HEPA filter removing bacteria from the air as well as viruses!
Many of my friends who have allergies to dust, pollen and other particles would love to have one to enjoy life under the spell of flowers.

Of Parking Lift and Childhood Memories
As a child I remember being so fascinated by toy cars. I would borrow my brother's little wheeled toys in little boxes, push and pull making the wheels screech and go "vroom vroom vroom" across the room. I would even pretend to be driving the cars into a garage using dad's cassette tapes as parking lift and mom's lipsticks would be obstacles I'd place along the make believe hi-way that was our bed. It wouldn't be long before there'd be a drama of little voices arguing over who gets to play with the newest car or who gets to win the race.
